The Backhand Push
- Start off in ready position.
- Start with the racket in front of the stomach.
- Use an open angle bat to impart backspin.
- Move the right foot in for a short ball.
- The racket moves forward and down from the elbow, brushing underneath the ball.
- The racket finishes close to the table and the palm down.
- Recover back to the ready position.
