The Forehand Push
- Start off in ready position.
- Racket starts beside the body at approx waist height.
- Use an open bat angle to impart backspin.
- Move the right foot in for a short ball.
- The racket moves forward and down from the elbow, brushing underneath the ball.
- Use the wrist to impart more spin.
- Finish with the racket close to the table, with the palm facing upwards.
- Recover back to the ready position
